BANNED?! WTF?!

Alright. Jagex has done it, i am really mad. My main account has been permanently banned for advertising a website. A website the person NEXT to me was advertising. I never said anything! But anyway, i got 10.0 out fo 10 black marks, which first of all, isnt fair because its my first offense in FOUR YEARS OF PLAYING. I sent in an appeal, and since i didnt know what was going on, i figured someone stole my password, so I clicked that and sent in an appeal. Well, my account got locked for about 3 days or so, THEN i submitted an APOLOGY appeal. My apology was made, and in about 5 hours, it asked me to send in a Last Chance Appeal. I decided to go with "Apology" again, and I sent in another appeal. Well, it's probably still pending or sumthin at the moment. I wouldnt know. JAGEX LOCKED MY F'IN ACCOUNT AGAIN!!!!! Because they "suspect someone stole my password". Yeah! AGAIN! They better give me my account back when this whole mess is done and over with. After FOUR YEARS OF PLAYING, wouldnt you suspect theyd have just a LITTLE bit of faith in me?

And if you're thinking, "Well, I mean come on, they suspect someone has your password. Theyre just looking out for you. I'm sure your appeal will get accepted, so get off your soapbox." No. It won't get accepted. and do you want to know why that is? Because they only take random appeals and accept them. And don't even tell me I'm wrong. See, I made a new character so that I could get myself banned and try to appeal for them (You may know/have reported me as Cornmeal_Ftw). I was going to make a random appeal, and see if they accept it. I got 3 offenses. And guess what? Two got accepted. Yeah, and they don't even make sense:

My Appeal:
HEY PL0XERZ MY CAT SCRATCHD MY IN MY EYEBALLZ AND I WAS TYPING THINGS THT I DIN NO I WAZ TYPING I WILL SU U CAUSE MY KITTYS ON A RAMPAGE WITH THOSE DAMN LEPUCHAUNS. I CONT CATCH THE CORN. ANYWAYZ PL0X, I GAVE MY LOCAL RETAILER A GOOD BEATIN W/ TEH WAFFLE IRON, U KNO WAT IM SAYIN FOO? CUZ I DON TANX 2 MEH PSYCHOTIC KITTY. HEY, I DNT EVEN HAVE A CAT! HOO R U?! But it gets beter. here's the reason WHY my appeal didnt get accepted:

Umm, yeah, excuse me. DID I SAY I WASNT IN CONTROL OF MY F'IN ACCOUNT? Cause Im pretty sure There was nothing in there except spam. And no, Jagex, I will not remind myself of the Rules of Conduct before I start playing again.

Now, let's recap this whole post:
Got my accoutn permenantly banned for ONE offense that wasnt done by me (10.0 black marks for 1 offense)
Only got muted on my experiment account for 7 days for THREE offenses (5.6 black marks for 3 offenses)
Jagex doesnt read appeals
You've got no real chance if your appealing.
The way Black Marks are added on to accounts are screwy.
My cat scartched me in my EYEBALLZ (I dont even have a cat -_- )

If Jagex reads this, I would like them to know that they just check their system for bans, mutes, and black marks, because obviously they don't have a clue what goes on. They also should check their auto-message bots, because they need more excuses as to why we get denied.

If You Could...

I think we all have to admit it: Runescape is quickly going down the tubes, and that little white light you see when you're dying is coming near it. Who could've thought Jagex would be stupid enough to want more when they already had enough? Wel, now YOU'RE the creator. what would you do if Runescape was owned by you? Would you change Varrock? Edit Edgeville? Wipe out the Wilderness? Well, that's enough of that. But seriously people. Even though Jagex owns it, they should have at least cared about our opinions.
But, rememeber a couple of years ago, when Runescape was booming? What would you have done then, and what would you do now? Post a comment on here, or e-mail me (pokeahippo@mail2me.com). Make the subject "Runescape Changes" or i will not read it.

My Voiced Opinion ~ Knocked Down

Alright guys, i just want to point something out here: Jagex's Customer Service sucks. (This event that i am going to tell you is TRUE...and so was my idea P.S. this was before they took away PKing and did trading limit):
My idea was that when someone made an account, they had to fill in the twisted letters and numbers...you know, the one mixed up letters and numbers in a box. That would stop Autoers and Bugs and stuff, since they couldn't read that type of stuff. Know what i got back? It was somthing like this (i don't have the real thing they sent me because this was more than 3 months ago):

Dear Tink203,
Thank you for your suggestion, blah blah blah, but currently We have an advance system that can identify bugs, blah blah blah. I will take it up at the next meeting. Thank you for your suggestions.

Wow.
I gave you a perfectly good idea, and you shot it down. Advance system? Yeah, it's brilliant. SO brilliant, in fact, that you just thought it would be fun to take away PKing and put in trade limits. You just wanted to see our reactions...I mean, who cares if millions of players quit--hey! As long as you're entertained.

This issue has (unsurprisingly) come up a lot. It's amazing how much they could care less about our ideas.
My solution: They should pay more attention to us. Not the game, or how much money it makes them.

Ok, so...How many people here have been ignored by Jagex, or has had an experiance where the Customer Service sucks?

Ranting Runescape Open!

Hello. I created this blog because Runescape (or should I say RuinScape) is now becoming a living nightmare, thanks to Jagex and it's little minion workers. If there's ANYTHING---Anything at all--- that you want to complain about, this is the site to do it at.
~~~First off, I'd like to start by saying I have, overall, a pretty good control over my temper.
For those of you who say I complain a lot, you will be ignored.
All I'm doing this for is to voice my opinions about issues on Runescape that need to be changed, deleted, brought up, for fixed. But I don't just rant about Jagex and Runescape. I have a life >.< (tinktink203.blogspot.com). If you want to, feel free to PM me in the game (Tink203). Please tell me you visited my website, or I'll be utterly confused.
So anyways, I hope that you will comment and I hope this site goes well.
